Finding the Perfect Pink

Little girls love pink--it is undeniable the draw of that feminine color to the young or young at heart.  Yet choosing a pink paint color is tricky.  Too often the final result is a bright Bubble Gum pink or worse yet a Pepto Bismal pink lookalike.  What do you do?

I walked into the home of a new client and found the perfect pink.  It is subtle, elegant and still will delight the pink-lover.  I asked for the exact color to share with my readers.

The photo below is a sample of the shade.  It looks especially crisp against the white trim and furniture.

Do you have a favorite shade (any color) that is a keeper?  Please share it here.  I am happy to post your photos too.

Matt and I love Valspar's La Fonda Boulder as a warm, inviting neutral. It's the main neutral in our home and we love it's richness and warmth. It goes great with our white trim and completes many other tones and colors.
