The Search Begins...
So, you have your finances in line and have been pre-approved for a home loan. You've sat down and prioritzed what you need and want in a house. Now, it's time to start looking. Easier said than done. Searching for a house by yourself can be an overwhelming and stressful experience, unless you have someone to help and guide you through the process. I would suggest enlisting the help of a local, licensed real estate agent. They have many, many resources available to help you find a home. You can also start by searching the Internet. The Web also has a wealth of resources to help get your seach started. Many real estate agencies have Web sites with all the homes for sale listed and many of these listings have color photos, 360 degree home tours, and other detailed information. Also, Web sites like craigslist.com and realtor.com have listings from all over the country and can be a great starting point. Happy Searching! Lindsey
