The Gift of Friends--The Ultimate Gift

Image
Your belief in the message of The Ultimate Gift and your willingness to share it with others provided the sparks that have fired a movement that will soon light the way for millions. Enjoy sharing your friendship – plus remember to tell everyone how they help support a cause close to your heart simply by going to see this unforgettable story during The Ultimate Gift’s “Weekend Of Giving” next weekend! For details, click on the official website link www.theultimategift.com . Friends are people we can count on through thick and thin. They are the ones who support us when we make good choices and tell us the truth when we don’t. Friends bring us joy and remind us that life is meant to be shared. They feel a lot like family but there’s one big difference - while we can’t choose the family we are born into, we can definitely choose the friends that surround us. But remember that you have to be a friend to have a friend.

A Little Closer to Home--Noblesville Shopping

Image
If you are looking for a large shopping center or mall, Noblesville would not be your first choice for shopping. But, if you are looking for unique stores and items, Noblesville has many choices. One of my favorite stores is Spent Saturdays. They carry a huge selection of furniture, home decor and other decorative items. You could visit the store every week for a year and there would always be new merchandise! The store has two levels and several rooms filled with unique finds that are all reasonably priced. I've bought several items there, but my best find so far was an antique black dining room table with six chairs for under $400!! Another favorite is A Country Cottage. They too carry a huge selection of home decor items, furniture and furnishings. I especially love their unique gift items and county decor. I also love to visit the Logan Village Mall. It is an eclectic collection of smaller "stores" all under one roof. It's fun to peruse everything from antiques...

F.C. Tucker 2006 Annual Report--Central Indiana Home Sales Defy National Trends

Image
As reported in F.C. Tucker's 2006 Annual Report, 2006 was the second best year in the area's real estate history. Home sales in 2006 were down only 1.9 percent from 2005's record setting sales. Average sales prices for the nine-county region increased 1 percent for an average of $156,612. Even though the market remained a buyer's market through all 2006, the Indiana economy remained strong. Low unemployment, increased wages and historically low mortgage rates allowed the market to remain steady. Central Indiana continues to remain stable and less volatile, avoiding major upswings and downfalls other markets contend with. Later this week...Existing and New Home Sales by County/Township
