House Beautiful's Kitchen of the Year--from The Today Show

Image
The Barefoot Contessa designed this kitchen based on the one in her own home. I would love to hear your thoughts on it. She says that the kitchen is the new living room , and this one certainly has the space for everyone to relax I like the color scheme --very clean and fresh, but I question having so many items exposed. Does it look cluttered or simply comfortable? Visit msnbc.com for Breaking News , World News , and News about the Economy

Discover Zionsville

There are so many charming and fascinating towns in the Indianapolis area. One of my favorites is Zionsville . Zionsville offers a brick Main Street, a myriad of antique stores and small locally owned restaurants and an amazing sense of community. Check out the one of a kind Bender's Antique Toy Museum with old fashioned ice cream parlor next door or the Albers Bentley dealership. The Friendly Tavern is a favorite hot spot with the saying "You are only a stranger here once". I just found this video focusing on the integral role the local Lions Club plays in the community. The video covers some of the highlights of life in Zionsville. The town is authentically charming.
