There are so many charming and fascinating towns in the Indianapolis area. One of my favorites is Zionsville. Zionsville offers a brick Main Street, a myriad of antique stores and small locally owned restaurants and an amazing sense of community. Check out the one of a kind Bender's Antique Toy Museum with old fashioned ice cream parlor next door or the Albers Bentley dealership. The Friendly Tavern is a favorite hot spot with the saying "You are only a stranger here once".
I just found this video focusing on the integral role the local Lions Club plays in the community. The video covers some of the highlights of life in Zionsville. The town is authentically charming.
