Few more suggestions for fast fix-ups

As a follow up to my last blog, here are a few additional things you can do to add value to your home and help it sell quicker: Remove outdated wallpaper and paint the walls a neutral color, like creams or beiges . Get rid of dated lighting and bathroom and kitchen fixtures--you can find reasonably priced, great looking fixtures at stores like Home Depot, Lowes , Target and Wal -Mart. Regrout bathroom tile and replace caulking--a quick fix that makes a huge difference. Don't forget about the garage--make sure the door is in good shape and the opener works. Repair any masonry cracks and install shelving and/or other storage if possible.
