Indianapolis Home Builder Estridge Homes President Paul Estridge is blazing a trail again for new homeowners.  He is offering a select group of clients the option of buying a home that is fully furnished with new furniture that the buyer chooses.  The home will be fully furnished and accessorized prior to the day they move in.  Now one can truly live in a home that looks like a model.

All of this is provided at no additional cost to the buyer.  Wow!  I have included a link to a video that explains the concept more fully. Estridge was featured in Extreme Makeover Home Edition in May's finale as the Lead Builder.
