The profile takes a look at behaviors and motivations of buyers and sellers from July 2006 through June 2007. Through a series of questions and surveys, the profile describes what buyers are looking for and what factors played into their purchase. It looks at buyers' and sellers' overall experience and their impressions of their Realtors. The study also takes a look at FSBO sellers.
