The 2013 Real Estate Market in Indy is Super Strong

I have been remiss in not posting as often as I would like.  Since the start of May, real estate sales have been crazy good.  Many of our homes have sold within a day or two on the market with multiple offers. With the start of school this month, sales are slowing slightly.  Sales may naturally pick up again once children are in school and schedules return to normal. The home featured below is a new listing in Westfield Indiana.  Westfield is a community located directly north of Indianapolis.  The home is in Countryside , a large neighborhood loaded with amenities.  There are 2 pools--an adult pool and children's pool, 26 miles of running, walking trails, basketball courts and tennis courts.
