In two posts previously, I wrote about the first quarter quarterly report that was recently released by Landrigan. Here is a breakdown by county for the first quarter of 2007 (1/1/07-3/31/07):


Marion County (Pike Twp.)
Homes closed in March 2007=102
Average Sales Price=$122,113



Marion County (Lawrence Twp.)
Homes closed in March 2007=156
Average Sales Price=$134,570



Marion County (Washington Twp.)
Homes closed in March 2007=180
Average Sales Price=$167,096



Boone County
Homes closed in March 2007=51
Average Sales Price=$220,393



Hamilton County
Homes closed in March 2007=384
