Good news for the housing market in Indianapolis!


Good news for the Indianapolis housing market! CNNMoney.com published an article in November about a survey that was done by Wells Fargo and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). The survey found that Indianapolis was number one in housing affordability during the third quarter, which is the fifth straight quarter Indy was number one.

According to the survey, Indy has a median income of $65,100 and a median house price of $122,000, making it 85.9% affordable.
